From the family, children start his/her journey to be a good human in this world. They start to understand the environment in the family first. The family make his/her children adapted with the environment and the children must be able adapted with his/her family. After he/she adapted and know about many things that they learn from they family, they are ready to start a new journey to the outside of family.

It was school environment, they met new people. From teachers, other students, school cleaner, and "Bibi" or "Mamang" that sell some foods and drinks in or outside the schools. They start to adapt on a new environment. First of all, it was friends, they start to communicate with other child, she/he try to introduce themselves to other child. In the introducing, the teachers play it role, they trains the students. They make the students know how do they introduce themselves. After they know each other, he/she start to talk, they communicate. Every time they meet in the school, communicate happens. After a long time, unconsciously they make a friend. 

Some of them are not same on their point of view when look at others. They know which is good as a friend and which is not good, because they have learn from the school which is good and bad. They start to choose which is good as a friend. As a friend they sit in the same desk. They study in the class, and when they study, they look and listen carefully to what the teachers explain about. The understanding of the students  is depends on the teachers' method and skill to develop or deliver the material and knowledge to the students. So in this case the teachers must be professional and know his/her students' characteristics.

For some reason teacher give a difficult lesson for students, the teacher said that it is quiet hard to do it alone. It is need a teamwork, then they a make a group study for study together to finish and understand the lesson. It was a good innovation from the teacher that told the students to work in group, in means that it will improve their solidarity and make them motivated to study. If one of the member in the group are dont know about a or some lessons, they can exchange what they knows and discuss together to get it clear.

From family, friend, teacher and teamwork has important role to affect the children. There is a connection linking between them. and make it as a unity to make children as a good child. And also the environment helps the children to be ready to continue his/her journey to the wide society.
