Teacher

Teachers has important role for the children. As we know that teachers are models, on the eye of their students the teachers must be good, they must be have a good manner and explicit when they teach on the class. Their mission is to educate the students to be a good human, because of that they must be professional on developing their job as a teacher.

 

The understanding of students depends on the teacher's method on teaching and developing the material. if the teacher is good, the students should be good too. There is a connection between them. Good teachers can influence students to study and listen to what teachers said. They can affect them to understand to what they explain. They can make their class fun to students, and it makes the students to enjoy while learn.

The students can be motivated by their teachers too. Just like the sociologist said, they can imitate or maybe they identification their teachers and make the teacher as his/her idol in the class. In this case the students can motivated to learn and study about the material that the teacher teach. Teachers can make them feel confidence when his/her teacher told them to do exercise in the class.

Teacher and student are connected, they must be able to do their role as good as possible in the class. The teacher teach and the student receive and learn to his/her teacher material. The teacher must be expert on his/her job and the student must be pay extra attention. If one of them are not good (not do their role as a good teacher/student in the class) the purpose of the teach and study are broken. They will not be able to finish the purpose.
